In Pamela's words
Contract knowledge and worldwide luxury marketing are my gifts.
Growing up on the Winter Park chain of lakes was an amazing experience. I received my real estate license at 18 years of age, then studied Real Estate business and Psychology at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
I became the Top Producer in Winter Park, Florida, then bought the luxury firm Ann Cross, Inc. at 24.
My husband, Allyn, and I raised our two boys in Lake Nona for 21 years, and we were community volunteers and top producers.
Now residing in historic Mount Dora, I am free to assist my clients with care and knowledge. Contract knowledge and worldwide luxury marketing are my gifts.

"Contract knowledge and worldwide luxury marketing are my gifts." Pamela Maycumber is a Certified Residential Broker and Broker-Associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty in Winter Park. Here is how she puts that into practice for lakefront estates, golf course homes and historic properties.
A lake, a fairway or a historic street changes what a home is worth and who is looking for it. Pamela starts there: which lake, which community, and which buyer will value this property most.
A distinctive property is not a standard listing, and it should not be shown like one. Pamela's goal is to present the home so its setting, its character and its lifestyle come across, from the dock to the fairway.
Pamela markets luxury homes to a worldwide audience, with the backing of Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Central Florida's lakes, golf communities and historic towns draw buyers from far outside the area.

Marketing brings the buyer. Contract knowledge keeps the sale on track. Pamela has 40+ years of experience in luxury home sales and has assisted thousands of sellers and buyers.
